Besides Mrs. Boyd she is survived by a sister, Miss Nellie Whitcomb of Portsmouth, N.H. The funeral will be held at the home of Mrs. Boyd Saturday at 2 p.m.. Committal services will be held at the family crypt in Rutherford, N.J., Sunday afternoon.

Mr.Barr was born in Stockbridge ,Vt., July 1,1854. He received his eduction in the common schools of Vermont. He represented the town of Mount Holly, Vt. at Montpelier and served in various offices in Clarendon. Besides his wife, Mrs. Fanny E. Barr, he is survived by a son, Algernon S. Barr of Walla Walla, Wash., and by two daughters, Mrs. Lena Smith of Shrewsbury, Vt. and Mrs. Stella White of Clarendon, Vt. he also leaves nine grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Hattie Barney Weeks; a son, Amherst Weeks; three grandsons, Carroll, William and Lincoln Weeks; two nieces, Miss Mary W. Ellis and Mrs. Jessie Ellis Pratt of Springfield, Vt.; two nephews, Otis Ellis of Springfield, Vt., and Fred Weeks of Glens Falls, N.Y., and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Matie B. Sherwood of Rutland, Vt. Funeral services will be held at his home in Clarendon Friday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. Burial will be in East Clarendon cemetery, with Rev. O. R. Houghton of Wallingford, Vt., officiating.

She was born in Wallingford, Vt., February 12,1909, and educated in the village school. She is survived by her husband, Pearl Kilburn, a daughter, Mary Louise, an infant son, her father, Bert Benway of Wallingford, Vt.,her mother, Mrs. Ada McQuan and brother, William Benway of Fort Edward, N.Y., and a sister Mrs. --bert Graves of Clarendon, Vt. The body was taken to L.S. Congdon & Son Funeral Home.Funeral services will be held at the Baptist church here Friday afternoon at 2:30. Burial will be in the Scottsville cemetery.

Adolphus Germond, 50 years old, was instantly killed, and his son Joseph, the engineer, and Charles Hoyles, the assistant engineer, were very seriously injured. The damage to property is about $5,000. (Adolphus Jermain, age 37, and family, including 6-year-old Joseph, are listed in Mendon in 1880; Joseph German, age 26, is listed in Rutland in 1900.)

    3. If she was an Episcopalian, Trinity Church, Rutland night have some records. The Episcopal Church in Castleton is no longer active and has been yoked with St. Luke's, Fair Haven which might have the records. St, James' Church, Hydeville might be a possibility and its records are in the Diocesan Office in Burlington.
