Would like to find another person who is researching this Tunbridge family, so that we can exchange info. Jonathan Adams (b. Rowley, MA, 1767; d. Tunbridge, 1842), and his wife, Phebe Brocklebank, (b. NH, 1769; d. Tunbridge, 1807). Jonthan and Phebe moved from New London, NH to Tunbridge, ca.1769. He m. (2) MAY 1808, Abigail Weymouth (b. NH, 1776; d. Tunbridge, 1864). Jonathan & Abigail are bur. Dist.#1 Cem., Tunbridge, where gravestones exist for them. No (GS) in Dist.#1 Cem. for Phebe. [No burial place is listed for her in the Tunbridge Death book.] I'd like to know: 1) Have the gravestones in the various cemeteries of Tunbridge been "read"? If so, where might I find this info? 2) Does anyone know if a (GS) exists for Phebe (Brocklebank) Adams? 3) How could I find where Jonathan Adams home' was located? 4) Does anyone know of descendants of Jonathan Adams' children, first three born New London, NH, remainder born Tunbridge?
