    3. from "Free Baptist Cyclopedia," by Revs. G.A.Burgess & J.T.Ward Rev. David H. ADAMS was born Tunbridge, VT, 25 AUG 1835, son of George W. ADAMS and his wife, Eliza M. Haskell. He was baptized there, 4 JUL 1852. He prepared for college, mainly at Royalton Academy, from which he graduated 1856. He graduated from Middlebury College, VT, 1860, taught for two years and then entered New Hampton Bible School, (New Hampshire), graduating 1864. Adams received his license to preach the same year, SEP 3, and was ordained 12 MAR 1865 at Huntington, VT. His pastorates were at Underhill Center, VT (six years), Waterbury Center (one year), Lyndon Center, (three years), Farmington, NH (four years), Newmarket (two years), Farmington, (again) (three years), St. Johnsbury, VT (three years). After 18 JAN 1887, he was pastor of the church at Franklin Falls, NH. He was trustee, and for a time, treasurer of the Green Mountain Seminary, Vermont. He also taught at Lyndon Center. He married Harriet S. Morey 17 AUG 1865. -------- Would like to know about siblings and descendants of this man.
