Eliza PALMER (Jacob-1) was born about 1837 in Williamstown, Orange, Vermont.2 Eliza PALMER and MC GINNIS were married about 1859 in Williamstown, Orange, Vermont.2 MC GINNIS. 3. Ithamer PALMER (Jacob-1) was born about 1839 in Williamstown, Orange, Vermont.2 Ithamer PALMER and Lydia KING were married about 1865 in Randolph, Orange, Vermont.
