Hello, I am also researching Eastman. My grandfather is Roger Eastman b.July 17,1886 in Topsham ,Vt . Grgrandfather Thomas Seth Eastman b.June 14,1857. Associated surnames Lawton, Murray, Hutton, Caldwell, Magoon ,White and many others I have quite a lot of information on these people and would be willing to share if any of them are yours. I have Eastmans and Fords from Orange and Washington counties in my lines if you would like to exchange information. My Eastman line has been in Vermont since 1771. The Ford line has been in Vermont since the late 1770's. Both lines settled first in the Corinth, VT area. Diane Darville
