Ken: Nothing at all in Newbury for Copeland, Fitts or Wilkder. Have you checked the Braintree history. If not, let me know and I'll see if there is anything there). Thanks for looking. If you mean Bass's History of Braintree, yes I have looked at it. I appreciate the offer. -kk > -----Original Message----- > From: Steve Donahue [mailto:elfstone@erols.com] > Sent: Wednesday, July 02, 2003 3:10 PM > To: VTORANGE-L@rootsweb.com > Subject: [VTORA] Re: VTORANGE-D Digest V03 #55 > > > > Ken: > > Nothing at all in Newbury for Copeland, Fitts or Wilkder. Greetings: List subscribers are reminded that subject lines in the form: RE: [VTORA] Re: VTORANGE-D Digest V03 #55 or the like, are not acceptable on VTORANGE-L. Please, when replying to a Digest message, change the subject line to something meaningful. (The same goes when replying to a message that has one of these Digest subjects itself.) All e-mail clients permit changing the subject line when replying. Also, when replying to a Digest message, make sure that you delete those parts of the quoted material that are not relevant to your reply. The "penalty" for repeated failure in this area is that the sender will be unsubscribed from Digest mode and subscribed in List mode. I would greatly prefer that no enforcement be necessary, as the messages in question have been very much on topic and helpful. Also, if you should inadvertently send such a message *once*, do NOT apologize to the list. That just clutters up the archives to no good purpose. I am not just sitting here waiting to see if I can whack somebody, and I can put up with an occasional slip of the fingers as well as anyone.... Thank you in advance.
