I think Frank grew up in Belvidere the next town over from Bakersfield where Mary grew up. I'm surmising that is teh area in which they met. Frank moved to Pittsburg and married his first wife. Mary Tatro married Orvis Willey a sawyer and they had two children Belle Pearl (my grandmother) and Joseph Orvis Willey. Orvis died early and Mary moved to Pittsburg with the two children and became Frank's "housekeeper." Belle married one of the sons when she was ~16 and had 3 children before she divorced him. TFrank and Mary married in Colebrook, NH and a bit later Mary went blind, I'm assuming glaucoma as it runs in the family. I think she died at a disabled housing place in Vermont.
