    3. I agree, it is very frustrating trying to get information from Fairfield. However, if you go to: http://search.labs.familysearch.org, you can find information on land sales and purchases. You can also find some wills. After you get to search.labs.familysearch.org a box will display that says "Search More Records" across the top; click on the "Continue to Pilot" in the lower right corner, then you can look for information on your ancestors.
