Lisème Lacroix's ancestry I have just discovered recently. Her name was actually Onésime, not Lisème. Pike River is Champlain Co. When I have more time I will answer this more completely. I am rather confident now with the Lacroix line even though I do not have the names of her parents listed on a death record or in a marriage record (their marriage record has not been found as of yet). Joseph, as I mentioned, was listed in his brother's pension application and testified in order for Peter's widow to get the pension.
