Her death certificate has her listed at Rella Grow Labounty, although I have seen the Girard name spelled like Geraw, Grean, Gero, Graw and Gerraw on her kids birth certificates etc. Anyway, she was born in August of 1849 in P.Q. Her death certificate lists her parents as Lewis Grow and Julia Valley both from PQ. She married Joseph Labounty and they lived in Newport Vermont. So while I don't have any leads on what you are looking for, I thought I would write to mention the potential Girard connection. Did you find info on Louis and Julie (Lavallee) Girard in Vermont?
