does anyone know if there is a town historian for Highgates, Franklin co., Vt.? if so please let me know who it is and what their address is. I am still looking for my ggggrandfather, I believe he came from Germany and I think his name was CHARLES FISHER, his son GODFREY FISHER was born in Highgates, Franklin co., VT about 1800, Godfrey's son CHARLES A FISHER was also born in Highgates, Franklin co., Vt on 20 May 1829. thanks Nellie Fisher Karr
