Thank you for responding to my inquiry. Charles Phelps Noble, son of Sylvester and Sarah Chaplin Noble married Celia Emma Lawrence, born 1853, in St. George, Vermont. She is the daughter of Henry Lawrence, born 1826, and Cornelia Wells Lawrence, born 1784. Charles was a "traveling salesman," and probably met Emma in St. George. Her first husband was Stanford Weston, who owned a grocery store in Burlington, Vermont, before he died. We have much info on this Lawrence family.
