I am seeking the parents of Ira CHURCH, b. 1826, Swanton, VT. In 1849, he married Asenath TYRRELL b. 1826 in NY. Her mother was Susanna possibly DAVIS, b. 1792 in MA. I have no information on the given name of Asenath TYRRELL's father. Susanna's parents could be Abel DAVIS and his wife Sarah, who were born in MA but arrived in VT before 1800. They died in Swanton and are buried in Church St. Cemetery. I have family Bible which records the death of Sarah DAVIS in 1837. Ira and Asenath TYRRELL CHURCH had four children born in VT and the family migrated to IL. about 1859. Thanks for any information. I will be happy to share. Martha
