Searching for birthplace and parents of Hannibal CLARK b.apx. 1853 in Richford (Berkshire ?) area or in St. Armond, Que. His wife was Charlotte STORY who may have been born in/around St. Albans. 1900 census says they were married in 1879-80 and had two children, my grandfather, Ernest Hannibal CLARK b. 1880 (?) possibly in Berkshire, VT, and a brother, Harold b. 5/26/1900 in Richford, VT.
