I am looking for information on Catherine Dorothy Grant born 15 Nov 1825 at Swanton, VT., died 3 Jul 1893 at Swanton. She married Emerson Lasell, from Swanton, at Phillilpsburg, Lower Canada in 1844. Her father Is listed as John Grant but I can't find any information on him or his wife. I would appreciate any information at all on Catherine's parents or any ideas as to where I could search.
