Hi Listers, My g-grandparents were Jean Royer/Rodier (John Rogers) and Marie Tétreau (Mary Tatro) who married in St. Albans in 1864 and raised a large family there. John worked with the railroad, and he died in 1901, but there is very little other information about him. His death record says his parents were Jean Rodier and Madeleine ----- from St. Hyacinthe, Quebec, but I cannot find out anything about them either. There may still be some Rogers descendants in ST. Albans, because there were 13 children in the family. Has anyone done research on this Rogers family, or can anyone tell me anything about this John Rogers? Thanks for any help.
