I am looking for Daniel Sylvester EVANS b.c. 1829 in Georgia, Franklin, Vt. He migrated to Quebec Province, Canada after his first wife(?) died. He had two children at the time, one a son John. It's not known if the children accompanied him. Daniel married my greatgrandmother Ellen (?) in East Templeton, Quebec about 1877-78.
