Hi Mary, sorry but there is no marriage of a Joseph MINOR/MENARD to a Rosalie ST-GERMAIN in either church. There is a marriage of a Joseph MENARD to an Emma SCOTT in 1892, and another marriage of a Joseph MENARD to an Emelie LANGLOIS in 1867 but that is all. They both appear to be first marriages.
