Hi Dave, Thanks for taking time to look up this marriage. I am puzzled as to where to look for the John (Jean) Dumas marriage. Per the census records, he immigrated from Quebec in 1836 (age 11) so I felt he probably married in the states. Also, he is listed on the 1850 census of St. Albans, VT - age 26, wife Rosanna 24 with an infant boy, Michael. Michael's birth record was found in the old records of St. Mary's but the mother's named is listed as Theotiste Olivier. Anyway, thanks for your help.
