Marcia Cordelia Noble married George Edmond Foss in 1856. George was a merchant in St. Albans in 1876. The couple moved to Chicago in 1888. I think George's brother Eugene Foss became governor of Vermont. Would appreciate any info about this couple. Ted Noble
