    3. Is there any information in "Families of Georgia Vermont" on the Richards family. I believe they may have been in Georgia around the 1810's, 1820's and 1830's. Principal family members were Joseph & Julia Richards (Julia is buried in the Richards Cemetery near Elizabethtown, Essex Co., NY) and Eliza Richards who later (~1827) married Lewis/Louis Shores. I believe the Richards may have been Francophone though am not sure.
