I have seen a book that has Fairfield burials prior to 1851, but other than that I am at a loss. I am particularly interested in Chamberlins and Bliss's.
If you have access to a Family History Center, Film #1035931 has cemetery inscriptions for Addison, Chittenden, Franklin and Grand Isle counties. It is "The Mclellan Collection of Vermont Cemetery Inscriptions." It might be useful.
