    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Surnames: Peters, Flood Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/pAC.2ACI/778.1360.2.1 Message Board Post: Thank you for the cemetary information. I have a hunch that David and Abigail were the parents of my husband's ancestor, Victory Peters (b. abt. 1805 in VT). Victory married Lucretia Sarah Flood abt. 1833 in VT. She was born to Mark/Marcus Flood and wife in abt.1818. I believe that your Issac and my Mark were brothers. I didn't know there were 10 children. How exciting! Here's the info I have on Mark. He had a son Martin b. 11 Feb 1815, married Mary Hammond 14 Apr 1885 and d. 3 May 1902. They had 4 children. Mark had a daughter Lucretia (as above), she d. 31 Jan 1901. Those are the only children I have. Mark must have been widowed between 1840-1850, because in the 1850 census he was living with (I assume) a daughter Hannah Raicord (You spelled it Raicort. I think the last letter looks more like a "d" than a "t", but I could be wrong.) Between 1850 and 1860, Mark, son Martin, daughter and son-in-law, Lucretia and Victory and families moved to Leon, Monroe, Wisc! onsin. At the time of the 1860 Census Mark was living with the Issac Putnam family in Leon. Martin and family lived on the adjoining farm. Mark probably died between 1860-1870 since he didn't appear on the 1870 Census. I haven't yet found a death certificate for Mark. What kind of records do you have for Mark and/or Ann Perkins? I'm eager to fill in more blanks on the tree! Doris
