Hi, Jody, The record you have about Ira Bentley and his family being warned out of St. Albans would have come from Vol. 2, 1814-1844 of the Town and Vital Records at St. Albans, page 214. These records are not online. If you live near an LDS Library, you could order the microfilm for St. Albans records that include Volume 2, 1814-1844, but there probably wouldn't be much, if any, additional information than what was extracted for the Warnings Out book. In early VT (and other New England states, I believe) if someone moved into a different town, it was a practice to warn them out to let them know that if they couldn't make it on their own, the town wouldn't take care of them. Many people never left and became productive members of the community. Good luck with your research. Joann Nichols
