The Town Clerk is in the town of Palmer, MA because Three Rivers, MA is a one of three villages in the Town of Palmer. I know this because I was born in Three Rivers and grew up in Bondsville another one of the villages in the Town of Palmer. If you can get a Death Certificate it will give you the parentage and may even give you a birth place of the parents.
