I have been looking for the Campbell family in St. Albans around 1839. My great-grandmother, Martha, told her children that she was born in St. Albans. Her parents were from Scotland. According to the US Census she was in Springfield, MA from 1870 until her death in 1906 with the exception of 1900 when she her adult children resided in Burlington on Cherry St. Seeing as she actually lived in Vermont for at least that one year I believe she must of had family in the area.
