Hello I am looking for the parents of Morris or Maurice TURCOTTE. He is listed in the 1880, 1900 census in St. Albans, Vermont with his wife Delia Phelps and children. He is then found in the 1910 and 1920 Pawtucket, RI census. The census lists him as born in Canada. According to census dates, he was born between 1848 - 1852.
