Hi Listers-- I am attempting to find what information is available on the family of John West. He was born abt. 1770 in CT, moved as a young boy to Claremont, NH with his family and was in Swanton by about 1804. He married Wealthan ???, location unknown. Children were Edwin, born 1805 in Swanton, Lucius born 1807 in Swanton, a daughter born Swanton. By about 1815 they had again relocated to Washington Co., OH. as the last child, Sydney was born there in 1816. All of this is word-of-mouth as I have been unable to find any proof in the Swanton Town Records with they exception that a John West was there. Any help would be most appreciated! Thanks Curt Warner
