To All Listmembers: While I don't normally make a habit to announce or pass along virus info, this one does seem to be quite scary and real. The US defense system along with other businesses are considering shutting down email servers to avoid spreading it. I am passing along the following link to a page with the information from Alta Vista news reports on it. If you choose not to read it, this is fine but I am making sure everyone is aware of it. http://live.altavista.com/scripts/editorial.dll?efi=932&ern=y&ei=1762998 Being on the mailing lists it only takes one person to infect everyone.Sort of like a classroom with the chicken pox!! Also, it is only fair to warn everyone that if a message comes through to me and there is a virus attached, that person will be unsubscribed (in the interest of everyone else) and be notified by me. Something came through another listowner a short time ago saying that in order to bypass your recycle bin, if you do receive this attachment "hold down the SHIFT + DEL buttons and this will take it off the computer. I don't want alot of time taken on the list with everyone "warning" everyone else. This is the warning.I hope you take the time to read the link I am sending. This virus is called the "I Love You" virus and takes MANY different forms so please,please be sure of the contents of your attachments with each other.
