I am seeking any and all information on William Davis Phelps. He was born in Burlington on Jan 10,1935 and died in December, 1973 (Billings, Montana). His SS# was 008-22-4424. I am looking for information when he married my mother and when they were divorced. I am his son and do not remember anything when they were married.
