Actually, we would prefer to receive the request in the form "newspapers on microfilm covering _____________[town or county] from _____[date] to ____[date]" If we receive the request that way, we can look beyond the actual town and find something nearby that would cover the town for that period. An ALA form can be used, or the request can be through OCLC. Our OCLC symbol is VSL and our mailing address is: Vermont Dept. of Libraries-RLS 109 State St. Montpelier, VT 05609-0601 We will lend up to four reels at a time, for a 30-day time period, at no charge. Would you do me a favor? If you learned of the Vermont Dept. of Libraries' newspapers on a listserv, could you paraphrase my message to you and put it on the listserv? I'd appreciate that. I've written this message a lot lately! Sincerely, Meg Page, VT Dept. of Libraries --part1_290bd0e7.252e18fd_boundary--
