Hello All, I'm researching my wife's grandmother who lived in Burlington. Her marriage certificate gives her name as Rossie L. Weeks but she was known to her son Harlan Ross Watson as Rosumund Louise Welko. Rossie (Rosamund) was married to Ross Elisha Watson of Plattsburgh, New York on September 30, 1896. She was 21 years old at the time so was born around 1875. Her father was George W. Watson and her mother was Lottie C. Webb. Any information would be very much appreciated.
