Can anyone tell me in which cemetery in Plattsburgh or Rouses Point that Napoleon RACICOT and his wife Amanda Benard Racicot are buried? They were French, Catholic. I believe they were born in the 1850's and know that Amanda died before 1898. Thanks Jackie
