Good Morning John The Burlington City Directory Year 1869 doesn't show a partnership of Carey and Parker, but shows an individual by the name of E.M. Carey, photographer on Church St, Boarding with Mrs. M.J. Lucas. Also listed is a Charles Parker, photographer boarding at The Central House. In 1871 there is no mention of either man. The address 150 Church St is the location of Burlington City Hall. There may have been an art and photographic exhibit at City Hall at the time of your photo. Mal Bevins, VTCHITTE list manager. Were Carey & Parker photographers? The picture is a tin type and probably from the mid 1800's. > > Thanks. > > John
