Hello, Is there anyone who could help me find information on Charles Bert Learned who was born in Underhill, VT. The only information I have on him pertains mainly to his wife. All of the following information was obtained by reading Augusta's obituary. What is in parentheses was not in the obituary. Augusta O. Stevens married Charles Bert Learned on Sept. 28, 1881 (in unknown location). Augusta Stevens was born Feb. 4, 1864 in Waterford, Maine. Augusta O. Learned died April 26, 1923 in Waterford, Maine. Charles Bert Learned was already deceased at the time of Augusta's death. Five children were born to them. Augusta was survived by three children and five sisters, also two brothers and three grandchildren. Addie A. Olmstead, Sadie B. Pennock, both of Norway, Maine; Charles Bert Learned, Jr., who lived at home with his mother. Grandchildren: Lewis B., Charles W. Olmstead, Mrs. Belle Silver, all of Norway, Maine; George Stevens, Helen Stevens, Francis Grover, Ida Morgan, Susan Goodwin all of Waterford, Maine; Christopher Stevens of Bridgton, Maine, Minnie Gordon of Mechanic Falls, Maine. Thhe burial was in Elm Vale Cemetery (Waterford, Maine). Miss Winnie Learned was called from Williston, VT to attend her sister-in-law's funeral, Mrs. Augusta Learned.
