There is reference to Ernestine Martell in records with Arthur. The sons owned land around Intervale Ave., Archibald Street, St. Louis St. and Elmwood Ave. Names mentioned as Grantors in an October 1943 quit claim by Ernestine Martell are Madeleine M., Celise N., Arthur E. and Raymond G.
