I was wondering if anyone was going to be going to the VT (Chit. Co.) courthouse anytime soon? If there is anyone doing so, please contact me, and maybe we can work something out. Here is the info I do have: John or Joseph Bessette (late 1800's) Josephine Muir-Bessette (late 1800's, wife of John/Joseph) Children: Mary Georgianna Louise Bessette-Gale (1908-1960; Benton Harbor, MI) *Dorothy Bessette-Spalding *Gladys Bessette-Foley Harold Bessette Beatrice Bessette-Carville Earl Bessette Norman J. Bessette (Sr.) (1918-1998; Ft. Pierce, FL) I believe all the children were born in Burlington or Montpelier. The two indicated with an asterisk are believed to have died in Vermont sometime in the 1970's. Anyone with any information, large or small, would be GREATLY appreciated in sharing with us.
