Could someone direct me as to how I might find the birth of Charles N. SALTUS who was born 11 April, 1877 and the marriage of his parents Edward SALTUS to Mary FIELD LUCIUS just prior to Charles birth? The 1880 census states Charles and Edward were born in Vertmont. I am guessing around the Burlington area. thanks Jackie
