At the following URL http://www.bbchannel.com/bbc/p600991.asp there is an advertisement for a bed & breakfast called Poor Farm Inn in Colchester, VT. I understand that Colchester is in Chitenden County. On my website called The POORHOUSE STORY at http://www.poorhousestory.com we have a little bit of information about this poorhouse (including an old postcard photo). I am going to get in touch with the innkeepers tomorrow, but I wonder if someone who lives in that community might be interested in helping us put together a story about the preservation/conversion of this old poorhouse?
