Hi: Hope someone can point me in the right direction. In researching at the National Archives, I found that Charles Courcy born in Canada in 1852 was naturalized Sept 4, 1886 in the Burlington City Court. There was a reference to Vol 3 Page 378 (1). Does anyone know whether naturalization papers include application forms as well as certificates, what address should I write to to get copies. I'm hoping that the application forms will contain names of parents, place of birth etc. Many thanks Ted Richard
