We have been searching for so very long; I hope somone out there can help us. Looking for birth/baptism or guardian- ship records for the following Barry Children who lived in the of Colchester/ Winooski/ Burlington Vermont. John Barry B:1775-D.1819 in Burlington, Vt.buried in the Elmwood Cemetery in Burlngton Vt. He married Hannah Rawlston/ Rollson/ Rowlson in 1808---had four children; John,Don Carlos, Lucretia Cynthia,and Almyra(Almira). The children were born between the years of 1809-1818. We have been unable to find birth records for the children from the State of Vermont Archives--could somone suggest on how to go about a baptism search--or a guardianship search. We already have the probate records for John Barry. We surely need this data for our family history and hope sombody can help; would appreciate it so much.
