When was the town of Charlotte established? I have searched for a death record there but I have had no response. The person, my great great grandfather is buried in Mt.Carmel Cemetery. I have seen the grave. I wrote to Vermont Vital records but they have no record of the death there. In fact they sent a photocopy of his sons. Barbara
