I am looking for information on my grgrgr grandfather and grandmother, John Place, born 1775, Chittenden Co.VT and Lydia Jackson, born 1779 Chittenden Co. VT. I do not have names of parents for either. They had a son Issac, my grgr grandfather, born April 10,180l in Chittenden Co.VT. Sometime before 1830 Issac immigrated to Washington Co. OH where he married Elizabeth Taylor, born Jan. 4,1805, in OH. My gr grandfather, Issac Waldo, was born in Washington Co. OH in 1830. His first marriage was to Talthia Bodine, born Dec. 4, 1831 in Washington Co. OH. They were married on Dec. 7,1850. She died in 1875 after bearing 15 children. He married my gr grandmother, Lydia Margaret Lance and had six more children. Issac Waldo died Nov. 24, 1887 in Richards, Vernon Co. MO. Lydia died Aug.21 1933 in Richards, Vernon Co.,MO.
