Richard: We share a common ancestor. Felicite's parents were Francois Larocque dit Lafontaine and Angelique Benoit who married 2 Aug 1796 in Chambly. Their children were Angelique, Jean Baptisite, Felicite and Etienne. I descend from Jean Baptiste. I know there was at least one family named Charron in the St. Mathias area as my 2grgrandmother Marguerite Larocque married Theophile Charron there in 1878. I know that Theophile's parents were Georges Charron and Victorre Denault. Lots of your surnames here -maybe worth your investigating further??
