    1. Huntleys
    2. My husband's great grandmother was CLARINDA HUNTLEY, born Vermont approx 1842., and residing in Belmont, Franklin co. NY in 1871 census where she was married to DARIUS COLLINS, born Canada(probably in Ontario in 1820s) On the St Lawrence Co. NY site is a new data base listing pensioners of the War of 1812, with a subindex of their wives. Listed is SMYTON HUNTLEY, who was a private in Capt. I. Prentiss' co.VT Militia. He married LOREAN PORTER in Chittenden Co.(thought I'd never get to it, didnt you) in Dec. 1813. He died Stockholm, St lawrence co. NY 9th may 1874. Can anyone add to my knowledge of HUNTLEYS in Chittenden or nearby counties?-Here in Washington State we have nothing available locally in libraries etc, but I need some info before I order census or church films from LDS.- Joyce Duval

    3. Bonnie, I just received my packages of pension and military records....a very exciting day! You can order: NATF Form 80 via e-mail inquire@arch2.nara.gov I ordered three for each of my ancestors. You will need to fill in as much information as you can. I requested all three files for each of my ancestors - pension, bounty and military and waited to see what was available. The pension files hold a wealth of genealogical information. NARA will notify you if there is a file available then you send fee - mine was $10. Well worth the wait as I just broke down my brick wall on my Connor family in Fairfax Vt.!! 1. Wealthyann Johnson &/or HHT
    2. Mary McGregor-Clewes
    3. I am researching my family tree and also trying to trace a very rare and serious hereditary disease called HHT (Hereditary Hemmorrhagic Telangiectasia) that runs in my family. I can trace HHT back to four possible ggggrandparents one of which is Wealthyann Johnson who was born in Burlington Vermont and immigrated to Canada as a governess. She married (in 1840s) a Canadian Minister - Rev. Robert Peden. They lived in Amhertsburg and later Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. I think they had three children (?). One daughter was Jessie Lathrup Peden, my great great grandmother. I am interested in any information on Wealthyann Johnson and also I am curious to know if anyone researching in Chittendon County or anywhere else in Vermont has family members who have HHT. 1. Paul Cross-Sarah Guyette
    2. I need help finding the parents of my gr. grandmother Sarah Guyette who was born in Canada 1823. She died Feb. 22, 1907 in Colchester and is buried in Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Burlington, Vt. The exact date of marriage to my gr. grandfather Paul Cross (LaCroix-Quevillon) is not known but marriage was blessed 20 Oct. 1841 by Guillaume Labbe, Missionary Priest St. Josephs Church in Burlington, Vt. Sarah's fathers name could have been Antoine Joseph Guyette, mother unknown. I've kind of run into a brick wall so any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
