I agree with Harmon. The messages in question are forwarded from the CT River Valley list. I subscribed to the list for several weeks, and decided that it was not a good fit for my particular interests, although the listowner is very actively posting very informative messages. I decided to unsubscribe, only to find that I still got some messages from that list three times, as I belong to three Vermont mailing lists. I would prefer to see the Caledonia list focus on families that lived in the county.
