    3. I would like to disagree with Mr. Falter. As owner of the Barnet and Waterford pages on VTGENWEB, all of the original settlers of those towns migrated either up the Connecticut River from Mass. and Conn. or came overland via Concord, and Haverhill, NH. I think it very pertinent to genealogical research to have additional clues as to where and/or how the original settlers of Caledonia County arrived. While I can understand Mr. Falter's feelings on the subject, I do not wish to see a curtailment of valuable information. In posting your submissions, please do keep them to the topic of genealogy.
