As I also subscribe to the VT and CT roots lists, I get three of the same postings. They do need editing to get rid of the extraneous formatting that comes along. Don't most people on Caledonia list also subscribe to VT? I would suggest the forwards only be sent to the VT list, then all the others interested in VT lineages will see them.
