Hi Kate There were quite a few Baileys in Hardwick, Caledonia County, Vermont in 1887--25 years after Ellen's marriage--but I will bet one family is her parents: Deacon Charles M. Bailey lived in East Hardwick on road 37. He was town auditor. Clarence S. Bailey was a farmer in East Hardwick who farmed with his Father, Socrates. George M. Bailey worked in a sawmill and lived on road 57 Harvey Bailey was a farmer on road 7 William S.
