You might try Tuttle Books in Rutland, VT. I know they are on the Internet but don't have their URL handy. Re: the Barnet Indexes -- it appears there may be some typos in some of the names. Were they verified against the cards prior to publishing? Also, the format is not consistent - will be difficult to import into Excel or QuattroPro.
